MySalesDivision, a brand of My Sales Division Pty Ltd ACN 697480630 ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit www.mysalesdivision.com , and how we handle information when delivering our subscription services to clients.

Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and any data submitted via forms or chat.

Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs.

AI Chat Data: Conversations may be stored and analysed to improve services and customer experience.

Cookies & Tracking: Includes cookies, pixels, and tracking tools for analytics and advertising.

Client Business Data (Subscription Customers Only): If you are a subscription customer, we also collect and store business information you provide to enable us to deliver your Services — including your customer/contact lists, campaign content, chat and AI answering transcripts, and related business data — within our GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. This data belongs to you; see Section 05a for detail.

We use your data to respond to inquiries, deliver services, improve user experience, run marketing campaigns, and analyse performance.

We may use platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for marketing and retargeting. This may involve tracking pixels and cookies.

We use HighLevel (GHL) and similar CRM tools to manage contacts and send email campaigns. By submitting your information, you consent to receive communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.

If you are a subscription client, we deliver your Services using GoHighLevel ("GHL"), a third-party sales and marketing automation platform. As part of this:

• Your business data — including customer/contact lists, campaign and email content, chat widget conversations, and AI answering transcripts — is stored and processed within a dedicated GHL sub-account for your business.
• GHL acts as our data processor/sub-processor for this purpose. GHL does not own or use your business data for its own purposes; it is used solely to deliver your Services in accordance with our Subscription Services Agreement with you.
• GHL is operated by a US-based provider, and data stored in GHL may be hosted on servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions where GHL operates infrastructure. See Section 06 for how we handle this.
• You remain the owner of your business data stored in GHL. On termination of your subscription, you may request an export of this data in accordance with your Subscription Services Agreement; we do not retain indefinite access to it for our own purposes.
• We maintain access controls so that your data within GHL is only accessible to our team members who need it to deliver your Services, and is kept logically separated from other clients' data.

If you are located in the EU or US, your data may be transferred and processed outside your region. This includes data stored via GoHighLevel, which may be hosted on US-based servers. We implement safeguards to comply with GDPR and other regulations, and we take reasonable steps to ensure third-party processors we use, including GHL, maintain appropriate data protection standards.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers (analytics, CRM, advertising platforms) or when required by law. For subscription clients, this includes sharing your business data with GoHighLevel solely as our data processor for the purpose of delivering your Services — GHL does not independently use this data for its own marketing or other purposes.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent. EU users have additional GDPR rights including data portability and restriction of processing. Subscription clients may also request an export or deletion of their business data held in GHL at any time, subject to the terms of their Subscription Services Agreement.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. This includes relying on GoHighLevel's platform-level security controls for data stored within it, alongside our own account access controls.

You can control cookies via your browser settings. A cookie consent banner may be used where required.

We may update this policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page.
